Inverter is the conversion of DC power (battery, battery) into alternating current (typically 220v50HZ sine or square wave). Emergency power supply is generally to invert the DC battery into 220V AC. A converter is an electrical device that changes the voltage, frequency, number of phases, and other electrical quantities or characteristics of a power system. In addition to the main circuit (rectified circuit, inverter circuit, AC conversion circuit and DC conversion circuit), the converter also needs to have a trigger circuit for controlling the switching of the power switching element and a control circuit for realizing the adjustment and control of the electric energy. The trigger circuit of the converter includes a pulse generator and a pulse output device. The former generates a pulse of a certain frequency, a certain width or a certain phase according to the requirements of the control signal; the latter amplifies the level of the pulse to a driving signal suitable for the power switching element in the converter. The trigger circuit can be divided into phase-controlled trigger circuit (for controllable rectifier, AC voltage regulator, direct frequency reducer and active inverter), control trigger circuit and frequency control trigger circuit according to the control function. The frequency control circuit with sine wave can not only control the output voltage of the inverter, but also improve the quality of the output voltage. The control circuit of the converter separates the loop control circuit and the closed loop control circuit in a controlled manner. The former is mainly used in some special equipment that is not demanding; the latter has the function of automatic control and regulation, and is widely used in various working machines. The analog control circuit and the digital control circuit are divided according to the nature of the control signal. The analog signal is most commonly used for DC voltage and current, which is easy to process and transform by electricity; digital signal is a group of information parameters with discrete values ​​of discrete values. Digital control has high precision, but the circuit is more complicated and expensive. Therefore, a digital analog hybrid control circuit is actually widely used. In addition, the control circuit using a microcomputer also has many advantages.
