1. Storage
Electrostatic Protection: Batteries should be used and stored in areas free from static electricity.
Temperature and Humidity Control: Batteries should be stored in an environment with a temperature range of 10°C t 25°C (not exceeding 30°C) and a relative humidity of ≤75%.
Storage Conditions: Batteries should be kept away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Ensure the storage area is clean, cool, dry, and well-ventilated, and protected from climatic influences.
Stacking Height: The stacking height of batteries depends on the packaging strength. Generally, paper packaging boxe should not exceed 1.5 meters in height, and wooden boxes should not exceed 3 meters.
Packaging and Display: Batteries should be stored and displayed in their original packaging. Once unpackaged, batteries should not be randomly piled up to avoid short circuits and damage.
Avoid Contact with Metallic Objects: Do not store or carry batteries in pockets or bags with necklaces, hairpins, coin screws, or other metallic items to prevent short circuits.
2. Transportation
Environmental Protection: During transportation, batteries should be protected from exposure to sunlight, fire, rain, water immersion, and corrosive substances.
Minimize Impact and Vibration: Impacts and vibrations during transportation and handling should be minimized. Long-Distance Transport: When shipping batteries by sea, they should be stored away from engine rooms. During summer, avoid long-term storage in poorly ventilated areas.
3. Safety
Prohibited Actions: Batteries must not be over-discharged, crushed, burned, or heated.
Short-Circuit and Charging: Do not short-circuit or charge the batteries.
User Disassembly: Do not disassemble batteries.
Temperature Limits: Do not use or heat batteries outside the recommended temperature range.
Welding: Do not weld directly on the battery surface.
Damaged Batteries: Do not use batteries with severe damage or deformation.
Storage in Appliances: Do not place batteries in hot containers, washing machines, or high-pressure vessels.
